That didn’t take long. The “Solar Party” former Tokyo Governor Ishihara has founded only a couple of days ago is already gone. Ishihara has merged it with another party, and the name of the new organization is not “Solar Party”.
The Solar Party never got around to publishing a policy on energy. Anyway, I am afraid that my speculations about this party massively supporting solar energy in Japan would not have turned out correct. But it has been fun thinking about what a real “Solar Party” would want.
