There is a legal injunction in the UK forbidding anyone from publishing any text of the plot, but the audio extract can be found on the Amazon and AOL websites in the United States.
So Amazon and AOL don't care if they are violating British copyrights? Seems not likely to me. Their Internet pages can be seen by anyone in England as well, and they present some nice, large targets for a lawsuit.
On the other hands, even a very popular author probably doesn't want to pick a fight with Amazon...

That must be some kind of mistake. I didn't send pictures of myself to anyone. And I don't do films either.
