IP Minister

Axel H. Horns reports on calls for having a minister responsible for IP in the UK.

Japan has something like this since several years ago. Since Japan wants to build the nation in the 21st century on IP, they are running a "Central Commission on Intellectual Property" headed by the Prime Minister since several years ago, based on the IP Basic Law of 2002.
